However, in the event that you are not 100% satisfied, items purchased on whitespacejewelry.com may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Returns after the 7 day period are only eligible for a store credit. If you would like to exchange an item, please return your first purchase first and then purchase the new item separately.
Before shipping your item back, please first send an e-mail to email@example.com and include your name, the item, date of purchase and a brief explanation of the reason for return/exhange, and you will be issued a Return Authorization number, along with a pre-paid shipping label to attach to your package. Please do not send in your item for return without receiving this RA# first (no refund will be granted without return authorization.) For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, and return your order with the label emailed to you. White/Space is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
A refund will be issued when the item is received in it's original, unworn state.
If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We cannot process returns for any pieces not purchased directly from the WHITE/SPACE website.
