Farewell for now, Seattle. Hello California!
TBT to last Fall in Ojai, which set off a subsequent chain of events, the results of which I can now share...and explain my long absence, btw! What started as a small break for self-care after a big growth year in 2017 has turned into overwhelming preparation for a huge transition. My family and my business are moving from the PNW to the Los Angeles area this spring!
I am thrilled to get back to LA full-time, and excited for the growth opportunities for White/Space that being there will provide. However, I am also instinctively inclined to hunker down in mama-bear mode to make sure that my two little boys have the smoothest transition from their birth city, Seattle, (for which we have so much love and has given us so many cherished friends, collaborators, supporters and memories❤️) to our new California home and studio, both of which I am now deep in the throes of finding. It is a bittersweet and hectic time.
I am going to try my best (though it may be a bit sporadic) to get back to my regular frequency of sharing my fave geek out design moments 🙌 and W/S news, like the finished NEW COLLECTION just waiting in the wings! It is starting to ship to select retail partners in the coming weeks though, including amazing new ones in NYC, so stay tuned!
