The Craft of Couture

We are thrilled to announce White Space was selected as 1 of 13 Radiant Designers at this year's Radiance by Couture, a showcase of capsule collections created by the designers featuring diamonds with De Beers’ Code of Origin.

The Radiance by Couture initiative is the culmination of the inaugural mentorship program of COUTURE’s Diversity Action Council (DAC). DAC was formed in the summer of 2020 to create a catalyst for addressing the issues of systemic and institutionalized racism which have contributed to the lack of diversity within the fine jewelry industry. 

The Touch Collection draws its inspiration from 1970s natural glamour, sculptural concrete walls from Senegal as well as the organic sculptural shapes and lines of Modigliani and Brancusi’s work.

All of the pieces in the collection are finished with a satin polish, which gives it a very silky touchable look and all of the sIlhouettes are juicy and expanded to make them feel infinitely touchable, intimate, organic and very human.

The De Beers Code of Origin is a customized code unique to your diamond that provides assurance that it is natural and conflict free, and was discovered by De Beers in Botswana, Canada, Namibia or South Africa. It reflects our deep commitment to social and environmental responsibility, giving you peace of mind about where your diamond comes from.

We partner with The De Beers Group because they align with our values of sustainability due to the traceability of the diamonds and the support they provide mining communities. They also have a partnership with National Geographic on conservation.
